Does my company have to report under IFRS S1 and S2?
SECP has adopted IFRS S1 and S2 for listed companies in three phases, based on total assets, turnover and number of employees, starting with reporting periods from 1 July 2025. Unlisted public-interest companies follow from 2027. We check which phase applies to you during the free readiness call.
What is the difference between GRI and IFRS S1/S2?
GRI reports cover your impact on the economy, environment and people, for a wide audience. IFRS S1 and S2 cover how sustainability and climate issues affect your company's finances, mainly for investors. Many companies need both, and we prepare them from the same data set.
How long does a first report take?
It depends on how much data you already collect. After the gap assessment we give you a fixed timeline and a list of the data we need from each department.
Can you help if we have never measured our emissions?
Yes. We start with fuel, electricity and refrigerant records for Scope 1 and 2, then add the material Scope 3 categories. Our team can carry out site visits and measurements where records are missing.
Do you also help with environmental compliance?
Yes. We prepare IEE / EIA studies and environmental management plans for EPA NOCs, and support ISO 14001 certification. This work often provides the data your sustainability report needs.
